Employee Support - A face to face or telephone counselling service includes; financial and health issues. Aimed at helping employees better manage work and personal issues.

Commonsense - This product is aimed more as a company scheme. A fixed cost package of health, medical and safety support available when needed. Services include Pre-employment medical clearance and access to a company medical adviser to well person assessments and health and safety consultation.

Back to Health - This product is aimed more as a company scheme. A medical insurance based on an employee's ability to carry out their usual duties at work.

Cashback - Also available on a voluntary basis. A health cash plan providing a cash benefit to help pay for eye tests, dental work, physiotherapy, chiropractic and acupuncture treatments.
